Oddly enough look what I just found in my fridge!
That’s totally cool. There’s a lot of cultural stuff around the area if you’re into that sort of thing. We’re a very traditional state, for better or for worse, but it does make for a lot of museums.
I knew it was a beer!
Hahaha you are a true Northerner! There’s actually a hobgoblin brewery right next to where I live!
I think we are both from rather traditional states. I love history and all sorts of things like that!
The most exciting thing we have near me is a Haribo factory
My area is soaked in history
Are we talking soaked like a sponge or soaked like a wet cat? Both have a lot of water, but one’s a little more angry.
Probably both
The first ever passenger train ran from where I live!
I love that analogy! I might have to casually barrow that occasionally…
Tbh same! I just made it up on the spot and five seconds later I’m like “Yup, that’s going in the memory bank.”
Passenger trains are so cool! Is it more of a historical railroad or have they updated it with the times?
Oystermouth? I’m not completely caught up on transportation history.
It’s more historical now but the old station is still there!
Oystermouth is in Wales
Alright fine you got me, im not much good at geography either…
If it’s all worn down and abandoned you can bet I’ll be up there taking photos at the earliest convenience. I absolutely love that aesthetic.
The first passenger train was the rocket which ran on the Stockton to Darlington railway
I have a photo of the station on my phone somewhere, give me a sec
Hmm I might have to read up more on transportation history…
Okay, they kept it pretty well then. It’s a nice sentiment though.
That’s so pretty! I wish we had more interesting stuff near us!
