Across the Atlantic, it’s the southerners that have the gravy.
As a confused American reading this:
Hobgoblins roaming the UK?
I’m not even gonna correct you because this is too funny
You are exactly correct! Except as an outlier I don’t prefer gravy (Many an argument has been started over this fact) @metatomato
Oh! What part of the south?
I cannot confirm nor deny the existence of hobgoblins in the UK
Georgia! The peachiest state!
I think Hobgoblin is a beer? I might be wrong.
EDIT: Also, nice! I’m from Louisiana myself, so it’s not a far hop over.
Sorry not sorry
Not a far hop at all! I haven’t personally been that way but some of my family has!
Also I’m fascinated with chicken parmesan being like a greasy takeout food for y’all? Here it’s pretty normal, but maybe seen as more of a ‘serious’ food.
Tbh unless you’re going to New Orleans there’s not much reason to visit. But we do have food, which is the main reason we’re the fattest state in the nation.
We northerners never tell
@Revenir where I live parmos are a delicacy only found here, they’re a bit like chicken parmesan
I’ve heard New Orleans also throws some mighty good parties!
We don’t even need an excuse. If someone gets drunk enough and shouts “Let’s celebrate!” You’ll probably get a small crowd even at the emptiest parts of the night.
Ah come on are you sure you won’t tell? Not even a fellow Wagoneer? (Yes I swooped that low)
I think I might have to take a trip over to New Orleans… In all seriousness I am actually really against drinking (Personal reason, i’d honestly rather not to be asked)
Doesn’t mean I won’t ever take a trip that way though as i’m excited about the food!
