You should be able to do that through you account settings on the main site. Let me know if you have trouble finding it. And @Wyvern, the subscriptions are now ongoing, so should auto renew. That’s the issue I’m running into with releasing a relic early :upside_down_face:

Here’s what I’ll do to make the relic easy for annual members:

If you’re a current annual member, even if your renew date isn’t for a while, the 2022 relic will be free (you’ll only pay for shipping as usual) with the pinky promise that you’ll consider renewing when your annual membership is next up.

But if you can’t renew when the time comes, or don’t intend to, maybe contribute the cost of the relic to the Community Fellowship some time down the line?

And feel free to share your shiny new candle with fiends or on social. :cjheart:

Don’t worry about it! If I know anything about the internet in general it’s that everything is a confusing tangle of barely functioning wires, ready to explode at any time and cause problems. I was just so excited to get another awesome candle from my favorite chandler (which is apparently the word for a candle-maker but I feel like it just looks like I’m making a weird Friends reference)!

I’m not sure if Sapphire and I broke a thing, but it seems that shipping won’t calculate at all. I think this problem happened before on an order and I didn’t notice.

Okay, it’s finally fixed. It turns out, at some point, an automatic update to the shop changed which countries I shipped to and removed the whole of the UK. :roll_eyes:

It was a common problem that I finally found while desperately googling this morning. Everything should be working now, and if it isn’t, or the amounts seem wildly off (even more so than standard international shipping), let me know! :cjheart:

Yep, it’s working now! And as with all things UK related atm, blame Brexit and you’re good lol. Now to grow my candle collection!!! :deirdreexcited:

Edit: Um… I placed the order but it didn’t have the shipping included in the final total, even though it showed it on the previous screen. Let me know if it went through correctly, and if not I’ll cancel it until it’s fixed.

Okay @Nimueh, @Sapphire, and other International Mounties, I think it’s finally fixed. Because my shop allows state/county to be optional for UK addresses, there was a big preventing the shipping calculator to automatically calculate shipping on the cart because it thought the address wasn’t complete, which would then not carry over onto checkout, because it blah blah blah—

It should be working now, and with the new UK flat rates (the more candles you purchase, the more you save on shipping not only because I can combine packages but because I’m shaving shipping off the cost of 4+ candles to make it less insane for you to get your goodies!)

Nim, let me know if you want to cancel your previous order or contribute the shipping cost to the Fellowship so you don’t have to go through the whole process again. Though, if you don’t mind, having you place the order again to double-check that the shipping bug is fixed would be awesome. But either way, let me know!

I get to hone a craft I love, while also making these objects, from conception to shipping, for you. It’s my favorite thing and it means so much that you like them too. Thank you. :cjheart: :candle:

And it means so much to us too that you truly love making these things for us. Also I’m super picky when it comes to candle scents, 99% of the candles I try in regular stores are way too artificial for me, but your candles have such a cozy atmospheric feel to them and I’ve loved every one I’ve gotten so far.
