Quick update to let all you candle goblins know that all candles and melts will ship tomorrow! I was holding out for new melt labels and Briar Society candle labels to arrive, but I don’t know when they’ll come so after some testing here at home I’ve managed to print some beautiful replacements and everything will be ready to go tomorrow! I can’t wait to get these in your hands and your homes!

I’m so sorry. I’ll send a replacement ASAP. The USPS has been less than kind to shipments lately.
If anyone has a problem with an order please reach out through the main site’s chat since I don’t always see this right away and next year I’m going to have someone helping me handle support/sales questions and they’ll only see messages through there.

Hey @Ashburn, if you could hang onto the broken candle for a couple of days? I’ve filed a claim with the USPS and they may need additional images. If you already got rid of it, no worries! I’m sending you a new one today!

My notebook came in last week!
Got the dot grid because it looked like a good option for designing cross stitch things.

Mine came in as well! When I ordered it, I was expecting it to be the thin Redbubble hardback journals (which are still nice and useful) but it’s much chunkier!! Now to save it for the foreseeable future like the journal gremlin that I am!
