I wonder if they’d assumed we already found it, given the email about how we lit the second beacon? But it’s definitely worth a shot!

Now its time to deal with this new chessboard puzzle. I don’t think there is anything to do with the tiles anymore. We have less than 2 days left, so its time to work harder than we probably ever had. We have 2 more chances to email the devoted. Tomorrow, and the next day when the timer runs out. We need to solve the 3rd beacon puzzle by tomorrow at 3, and the next, by the end of the timer.

Oh so cool - didnt know the hidden meaning but now translated it makes much more sense 
— I guess I sleep at the times when you are awake so no reason anymore to mail the devoted - right?!
