Late but I got bored and over-analysed the Guild assessment. Here’s what I got, observations below:
The following choices must have been made to get the corresponding guild in the assessment:
- Ebenguard: Believing, Feeling, and Consideration.
- Flinterforge: Knowing and Consideration. (Opposite of Weatherwatch)
- Gossmere: Knowing and Perception.
- Thornmouth: Moons and Thinking. (Only guild limited by the Moons/Sun choice)
- Weatherwatch: Believing and Perception. (Opposite of Flinterforge)
- In true Balimoran fashion, it’s the only guild not bound to making certain choices.
If you were to make choices according to the above list, you can also get the following guilds depending on your other choices:
- Ebenguard: None
- Flinterforge: Thornmouth
- Gossmere: Balimora, Thornmouth
- Thornmouth: Weatherwatch
- Weatherwatch: Balimora
- If you make the choices most likely to give you Balimora (Sun, Believing, Feeling, and Perception), you get Weatherwatch.
The Myers-Briggs and the guild assessment also seem to be quite similar:
- Moons/Sun: Augo has established a possible link above to Introvert/Extrovert.
- Believing/Knowing: Similar to Intuition/Sensing.
- Feeling/Thinking: Same name as in Myers-Briggs.
- Perception/Consideration: Similar to Percieving/Judging.
(Side note, I’m skeptical about personality tests but I’m apparently INFP-T. If this connection is correct, it would mean I’m a Balimoran, but taking the assessment gives me Thornmouth - which, after doing all this, is like “Gee, ya think?”. I might do more at a later time but that’s it for now 
)
