Little is known about the Ichthywara, though it is posited to be of some relation to the hippocampus.
Usage
Ichthywara was used in Fragment Five. Recruits found the name of the beast through unlocking morse code hidden in a page posted by Deirdre Green. When added to the end of the URL of The Cagliostro’s website, it led to The Cagliostro’s hidden database.
