One of the entries on the 117-2 page does look like ‘Guide’ (The I is missing) There might be a connection between the two sites somehow, but darned if I see it.

I tried rearranging the characters into a url but no go. The only thing that stands out to me in that jumble (now that @Robert mentioned it) is “mhz”.
