Even though this is tangentially in-game, I thought I’d put it here just to play it safe. I came across this and thought you all might enjoy it. They’re studying the smell of books and their affect on memory, but I can’t help but thinking that part of what they smell is the hint of ash and cinder from Lauren’s spell when she took the Seven Cradle Songs from Cole.
