Maybe a hiccup somewhere. But it should be visible to your brother. Perhaps wherever they are is blocking the guide for whatever reason. Probably not magiq though.

Try a computer, his phone may not be able to run the HTML required to see the site. Or it has protocols that the phone can’t access.
