Everyone else seems to have set you up to succeed, so the last thing I’d suggest us that you join the Weatherwatch group. Hello all! I just discovered Ackerly Green and the Magiqverse a little less than an hour ago, and I’m terrible at figuring out forum-based communities, but I’m excited to be here. 
According to the assessment, I belong in Balimora, but beyond that I don’t really know where to start besides reading the book(s). I read through the primer, but I’m a bit dense when it comes to these things, so please be patient with me, lol!
Eta: I’d really appreciate some help figuring out what one does when their guild according to the Guide assessment doesn’t feel like it fits at all?

Glad to have you! I’ve found the best way to get used to forums is just to private message someone and ask, especially your guild leader (If I knew who they were off the top of my head I’d include their name here, but I don’t, so it’ll have to wait.). They’re pretty good about steering you in the right direction.

Hi Athelia, welcome to the forums! As a Balimora, your leader is the wonderful @Helios! I definitely recommend reading the books and also lurking on the forums! The Magiq Wiki is a good place to go to get summaries of lore and such. If you are looking for places to start posting, I really recommend #the-guilds and #the-creationary - the guids category is to discuss the various guilds of the MAGIQverse and the creationary is to post creative endeavors, in and out of the MAGIQverse! Welcome again, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to any of the leaders and we’ll help you out.

Hello, fellow Ebenguard! I know, it’s really daunting during that first little bit, right? Like, the very first thing they ask you to do is introduce yourself, and you’re like “Hi, I’m Jeff, and on Thursdays I like potatoes?” Best thing I could suggest is if you have any questions, ask your guild leader. It’s what they’re there for. Chances are @Ginger 's gonna reach out to you even without you asking anyways, haha. Then the only other thing I would suggest is to just start reading. I didn’t truly understand what was going on with the forums until I made it about a third of the way through the book, and something just clicked. You’ll see what I mean I’m sure.

I have no clue how forum things work and I hope I’m doing this right. Anyway, Hezekiah and Weatherwatch seem to be the main things that are wanted. I… don’t really know what else to put. I haven’t read anything (yet, I will like tomorrow), so no spoilers please. “If you spoil endgame, I will throw you in the kiln and turn it on.” -my art teacher, semi-sarcastically
